John 7:37 — Christ’s Invitation to the Thirsty
Jesus publicly calls anyone who thirsts to come and drink. This does not mean fallen humanity can save itself; Christ supplies both invitation and living water. But it belongs in the biblical evidence concerning how Christ addresses sinners. Any doctrine of inability must account for the pattern in which God reveals, calls, invites, teaches, draws, and holds people responsible for response.
